Roller profiles
The roller profile is the heart of every self-supporting sliding gate, because this is where all the forces come together. That's why we rely on first-class quality for our materials at this point.
We offer you roller profiles in steel and aluminum in various stock lengths.
The steel roller profiles are rolled profiles. The slit strips as well as the longitudinal cut edges are galvanized.
The aluminum roller profiles are made from natural aluminum.
Our roller profiles made of high-quality steel or aluminum can be easily screwed or welded to the goal frame.
Roller block
Our roller blocks are made of high-quality aluminum and can optionally be purchased with a height-adjustable base plate made of stainless steel.
The roller blocks are equipped with ball-bearing rollers and cross rollers made of polyamide. The material polyamide is known above all for its high strength, rigidity and wear resistance. The material also ensures that the gate moves smoothly and quietly. This in turn also prevents wear on the roller profile itself.
The oversized support rollers and guide rollers serve to ensure a high load-bearing capacity.
Head cover
Our head covers are designed as profile fittings. They close the profile and ensure that the gate is kept in shape at the ends. This also prevents dirt or foreign objects from penetrating the profile from the sides, which could potentially limit the smooth running and longevity of the gate.
The integrated support roller made of polyamide serves to relieve the load on the gate as a whole.
Furthermore, the cast and steel parts of our head covers are galvanized to ensure the longest possible durability.
Senior leadership role
As the name suggests, the guide rollers are used to ensure that the gate remains securely and precisely in place.
Our guide rollers are equipped with a double ball bearing polyamide roller as well as nuts and washers made of stainless steel, which offer optimal running conditions in terms of stability and smooth running for your gate.
The guide rollers can optionally be purchased with a pinch protection made of stainless steel sheet.
