The idea for tortec® modular technology was conceived by us decades ago and has been continuously developed since then.

The primary goal was to offer metal construction companies a cost-effective and easy-to-assemble system for the manufacture and assembly of a cantilever sliding gate that can be welded or screwed.

Due to our complex experience in gate construction, we were able to fulfill a customer request that was already current at the time several years ago and were the first provider to present our partners with the tortec® -moduIBOX©, a modular system primarily for private use and for the construction of high-quality and durable cantilever sliding gates, up to a clear passage width of 4.50 m.

Today, the system solution is an established offer that enables our partners to manufacture and assemble very efficiently with minimal effort and still guarantee perfect function.

A high load-bearing capacity, extremely smooth running and low-maintenance service. Every gate system that is planned with the tortec®-moduIBOX can be electromechanically equipped with all required drive variants, operating elements and fuses according to UW.

The simple construction of the tortec® fork belies how necessary this workpiece is as an extremely important part of a long-lasting cantilever sliding gate. At the moment of maximum load on the entire structure, the fork prevents a possible concave deformation of the cantilevered sliding gate.

Another important component of the tortec® systems is the high-quality inlet fork, which picks up the incoming cantilevered sliding gate in a controlled manner shortly before the closing process. It guarantees an exact end position of the gate during the closing process.

The tortec® support roller minimizes the weight load on the gate during opening and thus prevents possible convex deformation of the entire gate body. The tortec® rack ensures standardized Module 4 toothing with high accuracy over the entire travel path of the cantilever sliding gate... meter by meter. The length can be shortened individually to the size and a guarantee for perfect function.
